Account suspension

mennu may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies, engage in fraud, or jeopardize platform security.

• Free trial for limited evaluation
• Basic plan for essential operations

Payment terms

• Payments processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled from dashboard
• Pricing denominated in INR unless stated otherwise
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Pricing changes communicated with 30-day notice

Your content

• Retain ownership of menus, images, and branding assets you upload
• Grant mennu a license to host, display, and process your content for service delivery
• Ensure you have rights to all uploaded media
• Avoid illegal, offensive, or infringing materials

Our platform

mennu’s software, design system, and codebase are protected. Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities or hateful content
• Disrupt or overload infrastructure, including automated scraping
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
• Impersonate individuals or misrepresent ownership
• Spam or harass diners, staff, or other restaurants

mennu does not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional data or AI copy. Use discretion and verify regulatory claims before sharing.

mennu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost profits or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify mennu against claims arising from your use, policy violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

• You can cancel anytime through the dashboard. Access ends at the billing cycle’s close.
• mennu may terminate accounts that violate Terms or hinder platform integrity.
• Data may be deleted after 30 days; export important records beforehand.
